🔹 Your Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their development.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams to align activities and drive product development.
• Work closely with Project Managers to plan engineering tasks and meet deadlines.
• Engage with customers, ensuring technical requirements are met from tender to completion.
• Oversee design approvals, liaise with Marine Classification Societies, and manage engineering deliverables.
• Contribute to product development and research initiatives.
• Participate in on-board surveys, equipment procurement, and project start-ups.
• Support commissioning, testing, and final project documentation.
