Project Manager - (Maritime & Aerospace)
📍 Remote First | Occasional Travel to Bristol or Surrey

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge embedded systems projects across maritime and aerospace communication and surveillance technologies.
This is a key role within a growing, agile tech company developing next-generation situational awareness and maritime systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of embedded systems projects in communication and surveillance domains
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (software, firmware, electronics, systems)
- Ensure successful project execution across planning, delivery, risk, and stakeholder management
- Act as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing embedded systems or technical engineering projects
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Background in maritime, aerospace, or defence communication/surveillance systems
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering in Agile or hybrid environments
