Avanade UK Limited is seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join their team as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst in the technology sector. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on dynamic projects within a leading company in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discuss the process flow and associated metrics with the Process SMEs for potential automation opportunities
• Develop the RPA Process Definition Document (PDD) and gather requirements
• Support the function feasibility check
• Define effort estimates for automation delivery, along with possible risks and issues
• Drive the delivery of the automation, engaging and supporting the developers as needed
• Highlight issues and risks to the Automation Delivery Lead
• Manage System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and system requirements
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of business solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decisions

Job Requirements:

• Master proficiency in Robotic Process Automation
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Model Strategy, and Requirements Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in developing comprehensive business process documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technology teams and stakeholders
• Experience in managing System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
