Job description

Our client, is currently seeking a Capital Delivery Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role is focused on managing and delivering capital works schemes effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the delivery of capital works schemes
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management
• Managing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Conducting performance evaluations and managing the project team's performance
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record of managing capital works projects
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
