Job description

Our client, is seeking a Redevelopment and Regeneration Manager on a contract basis to join their team. You will focus on developing feasibility studies for small to medium-sized regeneration schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing comprehensive feasibility studies for various regeneration projects
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of redevelopment initiatives
• Identifying economic development opportunities to enhance community growth
• Managing development projects from inception through to completion
• Ensuring compliance with local government regulations and policies
• Conducting thorough research and analysis to support regeneration efforts
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations for project assessments

Job Requirements:

• Experience in town planning, regeneration, and economic development
• Strong knowledge of development projects and processes
• Proven ability to develop and manage feasibility studies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of local government regulations and policies
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
