Our client, a leading entity in the technology sector, is in search of a skilled Windows Technical Specialist for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering third line support in enterprise implementations and resolving complex operational issues
• Designing and implementing well-managed and governed production enhancements
• Focusing on Windows OS, configuration management, SCCM, Adaptiva, Group Policy, Intune, and Tanium
• Managing scripting, lifecycle management, and evergreen processes
• Collaborating with teams to ensure efficient operations and seamless system integration
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members
• Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and project changes

Job Requirements:

• Technical expertise in Windows OS and configuration management
• Proficiency with SCCM, Adaptiva, Group Policy, Intune, and Tanium
• Significant experience in scripting, lifecycle management, and evergreen practices
• Background in providing third line support in enterprise environments
• Capability to resolve operational issues and design production enhancements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
