Job Title: Stock Controller
Job Type: Permanent

Introduction:

Our client, a leader in the defence and security sector, is currently seeking a Stock and Despatch Controller to join their team in Newport.

This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking products and applications within the security and communications industry.

What will I be doing?

As a Stock and Despatch Controller, you'll work with Goods Inwards and the receipting of stock, including visual quality inspections, while maintaining accurate stock records on internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock locations, perform regular stock checks, and maintain general housekeeping of stock areas.
• Carry out picking and packing duties, support outbound shipping, and coordinate collections with partner logistics companies.
• Assist the production team with basic equipment maintenance as required.
