Ready to lead on a major data centre project? Our client, a leader in data centre delivery is looking for an experienced CSA Design Manager to join their Dublin team permanently.

What will I be doing?

In this role you'll:

• Work closely with the client's design team, internal teams, and external consultants to align on project goals and keep design development on schedule
• Lead design and engineering workshops to proactively resolve issues and ensure smooth progress ahead of site activities
• Manage the full Technical Submittal process, from timely submissions to ensuring everything meets project specifications
• Oversee design queries and IFC releases, raising issues in workshops, coordinating RFIs, and keeping all teams aligned
• Maintain a live design risk register and lead weekly design meetings to track progress, flag risks, and keep stakeholders informed

What do I need to succeed?

• You've got solid experience delivering large-scale projects like office fitouts, retail spaces, hotels, schools, or data centres
• Bonus points if you've worked specifically on data centre projects
• Ideally, you come from a construction background with a degree or similar qualification to back it up
