Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain partners and on-site operatives to deliver programmes of works
• Act as the key point of contact to develop programmes and performance reporting
• Plan and programme weekly/monthly integration of works, minimising road space occupancy
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure accurate estimates are produced
• Ensure works are carried out to client specifications and delivered within agreed costs
• Maintain accurate records for the commercial team
• Manage Quality, Health & Safety, and environmental standards in all operations
• Review method statements and risk assessments to ensure they meet current working practices and legislation

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills to manage relationships, along with planning and organisational skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency
• Developed leadership skills
• Ability to improve safety and sustainability performance
• Experience in leading and developing individuals
• Previous Construction Management experience within the road surfacing and surface treatments industry
