Our client, a renowned leader in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Section Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing a specific section of a highway construction project, ensuring it is executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Organization: Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Supervision and Management: Leading and supervising a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support
• Quality Control: Ensuring that work meets specified quality standards and industry best practices
• Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with other project stakeholders, including contractors and clients, to achieve project goals
• Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports
• Addressing any technical issues that arise on-site and providing effective solutions
• Supporting the project manager in the overall project execution and delivery

Job Requirements:

• Experience in highway construction projects
