Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and post
• Providing customers with information relating to the programme
• Delivering excellent customer service consistently
• Raising tickets in Service Now and redirecting them to the correct resolving areas
• Handling disputes and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution
• Managing ad-hoc requests as they arise
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up on outstanding queries
• Ensuring compliance with policies and government regulations

Job Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain customer service
• Proficiency in using customer service software such as Service Now
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Understanding of relevant policies and government regulations
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
