Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and work across the full system development lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a complex high profile defence project, specifically with our customer overseas, across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering complex systems to defence customers with a focus on quality and precision.

• Writing formal engineering documentation and ensuring all technical requirements are met.

• Managing the entire systems lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final integration and acceptance.

• Proactively addressing and raising issues, including scope changes, ensuring customer expectations are met while maintaining project integrity.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in delivering complex systems into defence environments.

• Strong experience in writing formal engineering documentation.

• A pragmatic, proactive attitude with a proven ability to take initiative and handle change.

• Comfort in working in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving situations.

• Confidence in raising issues, particularly when scope changes or challenges arise.

Role Details:

• Hybrid working: Onsite in either West London or Dorset, 2-3 days per week, with some UK travel.
