Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining SharePoint applications in line with best practice ITIL processes

• Working with multiple versions of SharePoint to enhance and optimise functionality

• Creating and managing custom SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery

• Providing support and troubleshooting assistance for SharePoint-related issues

• Participating in the enhancement of the customer intranet

• Engaging with customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service

• Experience of using 3rd party tools such as but not limited to Nintex, K2, Sharegate, Linkfixer

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience with SharePoint development and administration

• Familiarity with best practice ITIL Processes

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS

• Experience with MS900 or relevant Microsoft certifications

• Strong creative skills, including photo editing capabilities

• Solid understanding of customer intranet support

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
