Job description

Our client, a well-regarded company in the water sector, is seeking a skilled Site Manager to manage and deliver works across multiple sites. This is a contract position for an initial 12-month period, and the successful candidate will start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of works on various sites
• Supporting subcontractors, project engineers, and health & safety officers
• Overseeing programme timelines and cost management
• Conducting toolbox talks and reviewing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Maintaining effective site management and liaising with relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Experience in civil engineering within the water sector
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Proven ability to manage costs and programme timelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to start the contract as soon as possible
