Job description

Our client, is currently seeking a Town Centre Regeneration and Delivery Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have significant experience in town planning, regeneration, and economic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing multiple and complex regeneration projects from inception to completion
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints
• Developing and implementing comprehensive town centre strategies
• Collaborating with key stakeholders including local authorities, businesses, and community groups
• Coordinating the efforts of internal teams and external consultants to achieve project goals
• Managing project resources effectively and ensuring efficient use of funds
• Writing detailed project reports and providing updates on progress and outcomes
• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of regeneration initiatives on economic development

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in town planning, urban regeneration, and economic development
• Strong project management skills, including resource management and budgeting
• Experience in managing people and complex projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to be in the office 2-3 days per week
