Job description

Job Title: Contract Class 3 Registered Building Inspector (Outside IR35)

Location: Hybrid - Site visits across London Borough, remote working available
Contract Type: Contract (Outside IR35)
Rate: £75/£80per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months (with potential for extension)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to support a range of prestigious, high-end construction projects on a contract basis. Working outside IR35, you'll join a forward-thinking team delivering to exacting standards, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality across all stages of the build process.

This is a hybrid role, combining remote working with regular site visits. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strong technical expertise, confident stakeholder communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct statutory building inspections in line with Building Regulations and associated legislation.
• Advise clients and design teams on compliance matters, particularly for high-spec, bespoke residential or commercial developments.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
