Our client, a leading organisation within London's Piublic Sector, is currently seeking a NRSWA/Street Works Inspector to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves ensuring compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) and maintaining the highest standards in street works within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting street works to ensure compliance with NRSWA regulations
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of works carried out by utility companies and contractors
- Recording and reporting any non-compliance issues
- Ensuring safety regulations and guidelines are met during street works
- Liaising with contractors, utility companies, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Conducting site visits and inspections
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Attending regular meetings to provide updates on inspection outcomes
Job Requirements:
- Experience in street works and a thorough understanding of NRSWA regulations
