Introduction

Education: Master / Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (University Degree)

Experience: Minimum 12 years’ experience in the energy sector and particularly, in
Renewable Energy sector / Power Transmission and Distribution with
previous similar management assignments.

The Job

Duties and Responsibilities Markets/Customers
•Maintain and improve working relationships with Clients, Authorities and
companies dealing with electricity transmission & distribution.
•Lead Conceptual Design teams, Detailed Design teams and Site Teams as
per Client/Project requirements and conditions.
•Preparation of technical specifications and tender documents (including
terms and conditions), in line with project requirements.
•Maintain/develop Change management systems – Claims through all PMs
and Senior engineers

Financials
•Responsible to monitor & follow-up the project cost and productivity.
•Achieve/exceed Targeted Profitability
•Support Cash-flow situation (Timely delivery and proper invoicing)
•Deliver Project as per Man-month schedule and milestones
•Tendering / Contract management ( IPP, TCA, EPC, DBO, Fidic)

Processes
•Good technical knowledge in Solar / Renewable Energies / T&D.
•Reporting to the Head of Operations
•Responsible for the professional project implementation (Scope, Time,
Cost, Quality).
•Technical and economic planning of Solar Power Plants, EHV,HV, MV,LV
network and components (Design support and EPC Tendering
Management).
•Elaboration and implementation of design criteria and construction
standards of the transmission & distribution network – Local and
international standards, codes and regulations.
•Preparation of safety standards for Solar power generation, EHV, HV, MV,
LV network (Approving PQP, HSE documentation and overviewing Project
Quality and Site audits).
•Setting-up and implementing measures for increased team efficiency.
•Technical responsibility of the projects (document review and approval).
•Preparing the monthly management reports.
•Quality Management and coordination.

Language: English should be perfect - speaking, writing and reading.
Other European Languages, like German, French are of advantage.
