The Job

  • Head of Operational Support - Tanzania
  • Our client one of the leading specialists in Clean Energy Technology, is currently looking for a strong Head of Operational Support to join their team in Tanzania
  • Your duties will include managing day-to-day operational support of the business which includes procurement, fleet management, manufacturing operations, importing, exporting, distribution, transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
  • They are looking to hire a local Tanzanian with a strong back ground in logistics and supply chain management as well as the operations management

You will need the following:

  • Tanzanian nationality only
  • BSC Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 8 years' experience in a manufacturing and logistics environment
  • 5 years at a management level
  • Local knowledge of transporters and the modes of transport
