Field Performance Manager (Water Supply Hampshire)
Southern Water are recruiting for an experienced operational manager to work within their water supply arm of the business.
We have a have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our busy Operations department. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across your geographical area to ensure that all strategic targets are met. As a senior leader, you will be expected to show leadership in creating and leading business change and work collaboratively across the whole of Southern Water.
The primary purpose is to ensure exceptional delivery of recycling, compliance, service and value targets, working alongside the Asset Manager to ensure the right capex and opex improvement plans are in place. You will drive contractor and service provider performance; ensure plans are in place to deliver on planned work, given the imbalance in reactive and planned work within the business. You will manage all business change effectively and continuously evaluate resource plans to deliver against business risks efficiently.
To be successful, you will ideally come from a water networks background or have strong experience within a Utility, Maintenance or Operations environment. You will have strong Managerial knowledge, leading a team of direct repots, with excellent financial acumen and understanding of financial management and looking after large budgets for your area. Knowledge working complex and sometimes incomplete data sets with the ability to provide effective conclusions. You will have a strong work ethic, resilience and exceed within a pressurised environment.
