Business Support Administrator
Business Support Administrator - Farnborough - 7 Months - £12.00 PAYE. LTD/UMB rates also available on request
The position is for insurance administrator which is part of the business support team of four people that support the Group Insurable Risk department by:
- Utilising and maintaining the risk management system (Riskonnect) that is used by the department to record all information about the group insurance policies
- Sharepoint management, company branding of documents, expenses and intranet updates
- Review, analysis and reporting of data about the businesses (including sales, headcount, payroll, property values) in the risk management system
- Support with insurance renewals, certificates, insurer non-disclosure agreements, premium allocations, policy documentation, premiums and claims analysis
- Fully conversant with the Microsoft office software suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using computers, networks, and databases
- Experience working in an insurance function
