My client, a specialist in Industrial Control Systems, is a looking for a Software Control Systems Team Leader in their office in Warrington.

The Job

You will be working on a permanent basis in Warrington and will be helping to build a team of engineers to support you.

This role would be ideal for a Senior/Lead Engineer who is interested in developing into a Team Leader position and would still like to be involved with the practical side of control systems engineering.

What experience is required?

Experience of delivering projects across the whole controls project lifecycle (PLC/SCADA).

To ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, you must have experience in customer facing roles, liaising with customers and suppliers.

As your role progresses, you will be growing a team to support you.

Day to day duties include:

- Delivering projects from start to finish (quotation to completion)

- Identify and manage risks

- Contract review/negotiation

- Management of a team of engineers/contractors/sub-contractors

- Review future project requirements

About you:

Confident and highly motivated

Keen and eager to learn and develop/helping your team to learn and grow

Forward thinking

Organised

Have the ability to work unsupervised

Eligible to work in the UK

Computer literate (Work, Excel and Outlook etc)

Up to £45k (depending on experience)
