Our client a leading water specialist are looking for a TMA Administrator to join there ever expanding team.

The Job

Role: TMA Administrator ~ Boundary Box Installation Scheme

Reporting to: TMA Performance Manager

Purpose:

  • To upload data into MUS TriOpsis system to allow Boundary Box Field Surveys to be undertaken
  • Process feedback received within the MUS TriOpsis system so as to build and plan Boundary Box Installation Works via the Street Manager system
  • Manage the permit and noticing system for Boundary Box Installation works
  • Upon completion of scheme works, submit all Full Registrations relating to reinstatement works undertaken

Responsibilities:

  • Collate Boundary Box Installation Scheme data via the Severn Trent Water SAP system
  • Upload and assign scheme data to Field Surveyors via the MUS TriOpsis system
  • Process feedback received via the TriOpsis system once Surveys have been completed
  • Build and plan Boundary Box Installation Schemes within the Street Manager System (effective from 1st July 2020) on the basis of survey feedback
  • Manage the job submission process through Street Manager system and, via liaison with the respective Highway Authority departments, gain acceptance of proposed works
  • Manage the works start / stop system for 'Live' works
  • Process all Full Registrations relating to Boundary Box Scheme works within the 10 day allowable window, utilising Street Manager
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback on scheme progress on a weekly basis and as and when necessary
