Introduction
Our client is working with a large Nuclear Defence client on the design of large Mechanical handling projects. Candidates will ideally hold SC clearance and have worked on similar projects previously.

The Job
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, your primary task will be support the Senior and Lead Mechanical Engineers in the project team with their management of specific packages.
Broadly speaking the client would like to see experience in the following areas;
Full project life cycle
Detailed design
Design Substantiation
Understanding design of complex engineering systems
The role will be varied, but may entail;
Producing mechanical designs (detailed)
Responding to technical quieries
Managing requirements
Due to the quick turnaround required by the client, candidates will need SC clearance.
