Our Client, a local authority in London, is looking for a Senior CIL and S106 Officer to join on a permanent basis.

The Job
The main purpose of the role is dealing with complex CIL cases and takeing a lead in the coaching and supervising of CIL officers in processing casework, trouble-shooting and meeting targets.
Ideal candidate would have a an excellent understanding of Community Infrastructure Levy and S106 experience.
Specific Accountabilities:
Take a proactive role in administering the CIL, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
Support colleagues in understanding and applying the CIL legislation and take an active role in supervising, coaching, and motivating junior members of the Team.
