With a growing pipeline of new clients and projects already secured for 2021 and beyond they are undergoing an exciting growth period. They are looking to develop and expand our Engineering capability by recruiting an Associate Director (Highways) who will manage delivery, oversee the team, ensure quality of services and exceed their client's expectations. You will currently be in a similar role or have demonstrable experience looking for the next career move, and ideally have at least 10 to 15 years' experience within Highways Engineering.
Based in their Slough office, you will use your experience and industry knowledge to develop the team, deliver award winning projects, assist in bidding, add value and establish long term relationships with existing and new clients. Programme and financial control are key requirements of role. You will also contribute towards the direction of the business in order to achieve our business plan, goals and objectives.
