Matchtech sponsor Friends of PICU Charity Ball this weekend!
This weekend Matchtech are proud to sponsor the Friends of PICU Charity Ball, which is being held at the Botleigh Grange Hotel on Saturday 19 October.
The event is set to raise between £10,000 and £15,000 in total, which is a fantastic amount for the charity and will go a long way in helping them to continue to purchase the vital equipment required by the unit and support the children and families who find themselves using it.
A great deal of the money raised will come via the "Silent Auction" which is being held on the night. As well as the raffle, with the opportunity to win one of 65 prizes on offer. The annual ball contributes a considerable amount to the charity each year, as well as providing the opportunity for the trustees to meet and communicate with a great number of supporters.
Keith Lewis, Matchtech MD commented: “We are proud of our association with the charity and hope to see them reach the‘£1m milestone’ as a result of tomorrow night’s event! The work undertaken by FOPICU is invaluable in terms of supporting the unit; a unit that we have a long-standing and very close relationship with.”
Several Matchtech staff have also purchased tickets at the Ball and we wish them and everyone else who is going a very enjoyable evening – Please give as generously as you are able!
