You will identify and communicate issues within your area, conduct root cause analysis to determine long and short term solutions and negotiate where required with other Assembly colleagues and the Quality and Engineering function. You will work Monday to Friday, rotating weekly between a morning, afternoon and night shift - with Friday night shifts being subject to business requirements.
