Job description
Our Client, a premier name in the retail sector, is currently seeking a Head of PMO Operations on a contract basis. This role, pivotal in supporting the IT PMO, will be instrumental in steering and embedding new ways of working within the organisation's Target Operating Model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Target Operating Model work, focusing on implementation, change management and embedding new methodologies
- Driving outcomes to ensure the right people are in the right place at the appropriate time
- Providing senior leadership with vital information to understand the status of the portfolio of change consistently
- Leading the creation of analytics, dashboards, KPIs and reporting to support IT change delivery
- Securing programme and portfolio level RAAIDD and activity planning
Job Requirements:
- Experience in IT PMO within the retail sector
- Strong proficiency in change management and project implementation
- Ability to create and interpret analytics, dashboards and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting information to senior leadership
- Capability in managing programme and portfolio level planning and RAAIDD
