About the Role:
The Quality Administrator will play a vital role in addressing client complaints and non-conformances, working closely with the Quality Manager and a dedicated team of quality administrators. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving client and supplier non-conformances, conducting internal quality audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage client and supplier non-conformances, recording them promptly and accurately. They will investigate and resolve complaints related to non-conforming products and services, conduct internal quality audits, and update the Corrective Action register. Additionally, they will maintain the Approved Supplier Register and Equipment Register, support preparations for the annual audit, and recommend alternative suppliers when necessary. The role also involves performing general administrative duties to support the quality function.
Although you do not need any prior experience in a quality administrator role, high levels of customer managment will be required and therefore is essential for this vacancy.
