If you join our team, one of the major benefits you’ll experience is our committed approach to training and development. Whether you’re working in the recruitment side of the business or within our Group Support, you’ll be supported with the training you need to perform at the highest level.

We have an experienced team of in-house training and development specialists who provide support to employees across all areas of the business, whether they’ve just joined us or have been working at Matchtech for years.

Certificate in Recruitment Practice

When new recruitment consultants join Matchtech, we enrol them onto the Certificate in Recruitment Practice course, a nationally recognised recruitment qualification developed jointly by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and key employers. Following successful qualification, our consultants become members of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP). Unlike other recruitment companies, we pay the membership fees for our consultants to fully support their development.

Should our consultants wish to progress their studies further, we will also fund the Diploma in Recruitment Practice course. The aim of this course is to give recruiters the detailed knowledge required to provide clients and candidates with a high quality consultancy service.

Support staff development

As well as sales and recruitment training, we also support our Group support employees with their professional development. This means that our employees across Finance, Business Development, HR, Marketing and IT have the opportunity to attend training or study for qualifications that supports their day-to-day roles including coaching and leadership training for those looking to progress into management.
