Salary of £45,000 - £58,000 depending on experience

Job description
Role Purpose:
- To manage the supply chain packages on the portal buildings and pumping stations
- Have the responsibility of the design, supply, factory testing, installation, commissioning and hand-over of these
The principal responsibility of the Package Manager is to manage the design, supply, factory testing, construction, commissioning and hand-over of the specified supply chain works packages. The architectural works package on the portal buildings and pumping stations includes the steelworks, ironmongery, precast, masonry, waterproofing, cladding, louvres, doors, roofing, green.
The following qualities / experience are essential:
- Qualified Architect experience or similar equivalent.
- Experience in RIBA and NBS
- Highly organised with good management and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and with good communication skills
- Understanding of the construction environment for safe and buildable buildings
- Experience in practise of working with a contractor
- Working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and current legislation and standards associated with engineering aspects
- BBV behaviours, respecting equality and diversity
- Good digital skills
The following qualities / experience are desirable:
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Large scale infrastructure project experience (e.g rail, buildings, construction and highways)
- Negotiation and issue resolution skills
- Member of RIBA or equivalent
- CSCS Card and SMSTS
