Job description

Project Support Engineer - Comms/ IT Systems

This is a contract position with a start date of 01/04/2024 and an end date of 31/01/2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment at Heathrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the on-site installation of CCTV, PA, display screens, BMS, access control, and structured cabling..
• Ideally have aviation and airport experience.
• Required CSCS or equivalent qualification.
• Work within agreed and published project processes and standards.

Experience and Skills:

• Substantial skills and experience in Telecoms or Networking support function.
• Broad knowledge of specialized telecoms services in an construction environment; airport services experience advantageous.
• Specific knowledge of network products and suppliers would be advantageous.
• Experience in real environment deployments would be advantageous.
• Experience in LAN technology would be essential.
