Introduction

Our client, a leading local authority in Warwickshire, is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of local authority highway and transport schemes. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant impact in the sector.

Job Requirements

• Significant experience in Project Management
• Proficiency in Prince2 methodology

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of local authority highway and transport schemes
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours a week min
• Monday to Friday
• Weekly Pay
