Job description

HGV Driver- Contract role, 4 months.

Skilled Operatives (or basic Skill level with HGV) = + lead 2person crew (usually O & M)needed for Gloucester Highways. Temp - perm opportunity

Key responsibilities

• To carry out a wide range of routine or cyclical works and operations. Deputise for Chargehand as and when required. Able to run a 2-person crew on specific jobs and ensure work is carried out to specification. Manage safety of the team and complete all necessary reporting, paper or electronic
• Manage safety of the team and complete all necessary reporting, paper or electronic. Where required, to respond to emergencies and call outs during or out of hours, and assist with winter maintenance.
• Additional uplift in rate for overtime/ call out / standby and winter rates
