Our client, a London Borough Council, is seeking a skilled Streetworks Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. As a Streetworks Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of streetworks activities within the council's jurisdiction. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of streetworks and make a positive impact on the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTRO) and licensing for temporary events
  • Handle invoicing and follow-up on payments related to streetworks activities
  • Conduct site visits to monitor and assess the progress of streetworks projects
  • Utilize Symology and Street Manager systems to track and record streetworks information
  • Prepare reports and documents using Excel and other software

Job Requirements:

  • Significant experience in streetworks administration
  • NRSWA qualification is essential
  • Proficient in using Symology and Street Manager
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and report writing
