Job description
Our client, a London Borough Council, is seeking a skilled Streetworks Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. As a Streetworks Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of streetworks activities within the council's jurisdiction. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of streetworks and make a positive impact on the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTRO) and licensing for temporary events
- Handle invoicing and follow-up on payments related to streetworks activities
- Conduct site visits to monitor and assess the progress of streetworks projects
- Utilize Symology and Street Manager systems to track and record streetworks information
- Prepare reports and documents using Excel and other software
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in streetworks administration
- NRSWA qualification is essential
- Proficient in using Symology and Street Manager
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and report writing
