Skilled Plumber for High-End Residential Project (Mayfair, W1K)
Location: Mayfair, London (W1K)
Rate: £27 per hour (negotiable)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Long-term (project expected to run into 2026)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join a prestigious high-end residential development in the heart of Mayfair. This is a long-term opportunity on an active site, offering consistent work and the chance to be part of a top-tier project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of high-spec commercial and residential pipework
- Brazing to a high standard in line with project specifications
- Working collaboratively with other trades on-site to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in brazing and working with high-spec commercial pipework
- Brazing accreditation to BS EN 1254-1 (or equivalent)
- Gold-level NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Services
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
