Job description
Looking for a building maintenance engineer to do planned maintenance on plant rooms and HVAC systems at Lymington Hospital.
This is a contract position (2-3 months initially) with potential to become permanent after this period.
Salary: Up to £17.30 per hour (Inside IR35 and PAYE only)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
On-Call: Participation in the on-call rota (1 in every 3 weeks), with overtime and Saturdays paid at x1.5 and Sundays x2
Responsibilities:
- Reactive and planned maintenance throughout Lymington Hospital, in particular plant rooms and heating systems.
Requirements:
- Experience with plant rooms, chillers, hot water systems, HVAC systems, pumps, fire alarm systems testing and Legionella PPM experience
- 18th edition qualification preferred
- Own transport insured for business use (mileage claimable for on-call travel)
- Subject to a Standard DBS check
