Timesheets for UK contractors
If you have recently received an email from us about accessing your timesheets via our new website, please continue by clicking here.
If you have not received an email from us about changes to your online timesheet, you can continue to access your timesheets from the usual site.
You should receive a personalised timesheet in the post each week. If for any reason you do not receive your timesheet or it becomes misplaced, you can download a blank timesheet to send to our Accounts team with details of your hours worked.
Sending your timesheet to us
Before you send us your timesheet, please check you have completed the 'Commencement Date' and 'Name' fields and obtained authorisation from your employer. Once you’re ready to send it in, please ensure you allow enough time to submit your timesheet. In order for Matchtech to make payment in the same week, your timesheet needs to arrive at Matchtech by 5.30pm (UK time) each Tuesday unless otherwise directed.
