Job description
Our client, a key player in the public sector, is currently seeking a Principle Data Analyst for a contract position. This exciting role involves working closely with critical data to support important public sector initiatives. The position will require office presence in London for three days each week, with an immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and structuring detailed performance reports using IT systems
- Developing and maintaining reports through Power BI
- Utilising Keystone, Northgate, ServiceConnect, or similar software for data management
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to interpret and present data insights
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reporting processes
- Providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Updating and refining performance reporting tools and techniques
- Ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy and governance regulations
Job Requirements:
- Experience in building and structuring detailed performance reports using IT systems
- Strong knowledge of Power BI for developing reports
- Proficient in using KeyStone, Northgate, ServiceConnect, or similar systems
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities to convey complex data insights clearly
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Understanding of data privacy and governance best practices
- Experience in the public sector is advantageous
