We offer a wide variety of benefits and support services which are reviewed on a regular basis.
You'll be entitled to 25 days' annual holiday (pro-rata for part time) and all official English bank holidays.
We have a stakeholder pension scheme in which we will match your contributions plus an extra three per cent (up to a Southern Water maximum contribution of nine per cent). The scheme includes life assurance equal to twice your annual salary.
We provide professional occupational health with a team including medical and nursing staff, physiotherapists, counsellors and administrative staff.

Each year employees have an annual appraisal and six-month review with the head of their department to identify training and development needs.
We provide extensive training for our staff, covering health and safety, training specific to the job and development and management training as required.
