Our client, a leading retail bank, is seeking a skilled Business Translator to join their team. This is a permanent role within the dynamic and innovative banking sector, focusing on leveraging data and translating business requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical specifications
- Utilising SQL and Python for data analysis, extraction, and manipulation
- Developing and maintaining data visualisation tools using Excel, Python, and SQL to provide clear and actionable insights
- Engaging in AI projects within an international banking environment
- Producing bi-weekly salary and talent insights reports
- Meeting with stakeholders to deliver project updates and gather feedback
- Participating in remote work for six days per month from Saldanha
- Attending initial interviews with the business area to align on project goals
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Excel
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Dynamic and eager to learn new ways of working
- An open mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various business stakeholders
