Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with building control regulations
- Assessing construction work and materials to guarantee adherence to safety standards
- Providing detailed reports and recommendations based on inspection findings
- Advising contractors and developers on building control requirements and best practices
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry developments

Job Requirements:
- Experience in building control and inspections
- Familiarity with domestic construction methods and materials
- Strong understanding of building control regulations and compliance
- Class 2A minimum registration as a Building Inspector
