Key Responsibilities:
- Travelling countywide to conduct thorough inspections of highway developments
- Ensuring developments comply with specified standards and regulations
- Performing detailed physical inspections to monitor and report on construction progress
- Applying the Highway Acts s278/38 during project evaluations
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Documenting and reporting findings to support continuous improvement and compliance
Job Requirements:
- Experience in highway inspections and compliance
- Understanding of the Highway Acts s278/38
- Ability to perform detailed physical inspections
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with various project stakeholders
- Full time availability and willingness to travel throughout the area of work.
Contract Details:
- Initial contract period of 3 months, with potential for extension
- Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week
