Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, prepare, and maintain weekly/monthly project and programme reports, including quantitative progress and analysis, schedule performance, cost forecasting, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Provide leadership in interactive planning sessions and host/attend schedule review meetings with project management, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Fully develop the P6 programme, incorporating all cost/resource-loaded benefits and other duties.
  • Direct and lead others in meetings, clearly conveying information, actively communicating, and working collaboratively.
  • Develop schedules using P6 software in collaboration with procurement, construction, and client representatives. Baseline existing projects to schedule and cost parameters and metrics.
  • Produce a tracker based on the P6 programme to show clear financial and resource allocations for team and project managers.
  • Understand and analyse durations and logic of all project phases to ensure schedule credibility and convey critical and near-critical paths.
  • Interact with key project team members and client organisations to develop project construction plans, master schedules, and detailed system turnover schedules.
  • Fully utilise all technical aspects of P6 software to develop detailed schedules.
  • Work with Project Managers and field personnel to develop plans and incorporate them into master schedules.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in highways or rail construction
  • Experience using Primavera P6 software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive knowledge of P6 Primavera, Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Willingness to travel
