Project Manager Wanted

Overseeing the end of a construction project that is due to complete November 2025.
Brief description
An experienced project manager is sought to over see the completion of a £7m community centre build and fit out. The role will include;
· managing the professional team appointed to support in the delivery of the project,
· ensuring completion and opening of the facility to programme,
· managing JCT contract negotiations,
· reporting to the Project Board and Development Board progress, risk and budget position,
· managing the project budget
· supporting the Communities Team to facilitates the opening of the centre
· Producing a project closure report
The role requires an experienced delivery focussed professional able to work in a complex environment and a public facing role.
1 day on site and another day working from home - Part time 2 days per week role
