We're Hiring: 2 x Construction Managers - Southern Water Clean Rivers & Seas Programme
We're working with a leading contractor on the Southern Water framework who are looking for two Construction Managers to oversee and deliver a range of workstreams within the Clean Rivers and Seas Capital Delivery programme.
You'll be responsible for managing works across:
- Planned & Reactive Maintenance
- Manhole Sealing
- Minor Civils
- Lining Works
Your role will include:
- Overseeing full project lifecycle delivery
- Managing site noticing, compliance, and commercial aspects
- Estimating and quoting for works
- Reporting progress and liaising with clients
- Leading handover and close-out of completed works
What we're looking for:
- Experience delivering works for Southern Water or similar water utility projects
- Background in capital delivery (ideally clean water or wastewater)
- Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work from the Battle / Hastings office (with site visits as needed)
