Our client, a prominent player in the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking a highly capable HR Advisor to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing HR support and advisory services to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding of new hires
  • Collaborating with management to identify and resolve HR-related issues
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR function
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in providing HR advisory services, preferably within the Defence and Security sector
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Proven ability to handle employee relations cases effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
  • Security clearance (BPSS) required

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Location: Scotstoun (2-3 days onsite requirement)
  • Working within IR35 regulations
