Our client, a prominent player in the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking a highly capable HR Advisor to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing HR support and advisory services to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding of new hires
- Collaborating with management to identify and resolve HR-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR function
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
Job Requirements:
- Experience in providing HR advisory services, preferably within the Defence and Security sector
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Proven ability to handle employee relations cases effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
- Security clearance (BPSS) required
Contract Details:
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Scotstoun (2-3 days onsite requirement)
- Working within IR35 regulations
