Our client, a prominent organisation in the defence sector, is seeking a SIAM Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role, based in Preston, offers a unique opportunity to work within a hybrid model, with flexibility to work from the office 1-2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) change processes within the organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business change initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics related to change management.
- Coordinate with multiple service providers to manage change requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Monitor and report on the impact of changes and the effectiveness of change management interventions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in change management activities.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Change Manager, preferably within the defence sector.
- Strong understanding of SIAM principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage change processes and implement effective change management strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
